Pretty duplex holiday home in teh area of Cala Carbo. Totally equipped (60sqm) it is situated in a quiete area surrounded by forests at only 10 mins from San José.

On the ground floor of the house is the living room with two sofa beds, fire place, TV SAT and hifi. American kitchen, totally equipped, toilet and a room with washing basin and useful for cleaning.

On the first floor situated is a double bedroom with an additional bed. The bedroom is connected with the luminious bathroom with bathtub. From the bedroom direct access to the balcony with views to the sea and the communal gardens.

Exit from the living room to a private garden with barbecue, tables and chairs. From the private garden, there is an access to the communal gardens with swimming pool (for adults and children). Located in a very quiet area with only 9 neighbouring houses. The communal gardens have great view to the Vedrà (see last photograph)

Ideal for couples with children.

Parking space in front of the house to be used by the people of the house.
