Restaurants

There are many choices in Ibiza when it comes to eating at a restaurant. You can enjoy one of the many beach bars for lunch, or go to a first class restaurants in the evening. The choices are endless.

You will not find anywhere that has restaurants quite like Ibiza. The food is top-class and the settings are spectacular. Where else can you have lunch on the beach in a typical Spanish Chiringuito and then later dine in style and sophistication in one of the hill top restaurants, overlooking the twinkling lights below.

You can dine in old candle-lit country farmhouses…relax over tapas in one of the many charming country villages…eat on the beach in shade of the searing sun…sit out on the terrace watching the small boats arriving at the jetty with todays fresh catch; never far away is the aroma of fresh fish being cooked on an open grill.

Typical Ibicenco dishes include: all types of fish, rabbit, lamb, chicken etc.. Stews are very popular, especially during the winter months.
